Orders placed before 2pm AEST ship the same business day from our Melbourne base. Metro deliveries usually land in 1 to 3 business days, regional areas 3 to 7.
Is shipping really free?
Free on every order over $49 AUD, Australia wide. Below that a flat rate is calculated at checkout before you pay.
How do I choose the right bed size?
Measure your dog nose to tail while they are lying stretched out, then add 15 to 20cm. If they sleep curled up you can size down, and if they sprawl or you have two dogs sharing, size up. Each bed page lists exact internal dimensions.
Can I use more than one supplement at a time?
Most of our ranges are designed to be layered, but dosing depends on your dog weight and anything they are already taking. If your dog is on medication or has a diagnosed condition, run it past your vet first.
What if something is not right?
Email us with your order number and what happened. A real person in Melbourne reads it and we will work out the fix with you.
Where do you ship from?
Everything leaves from our own stock in Melbourne, Victoria. We are not drop-shipping from overseas, which is why we can tell you exactly what is on the shelf.
