    You'll go to Afterpay to log in or create an account. New customers are asked about their finances, and a credit check applies.

    Confirm your schedule

    Afterpay shows your four instalments. The first is paid today and the rest come out about every two weeks.

Who can use it

  • Able to enter a legally binding contract

Credit checks apply. Approval isn't guaranteed, and new customers start with a lower spend limit that can rise over time.

Fees

Pay in 4 is interest-free. Late fees apply if a payment is missed:

  • Orders under $40: one late fee of up to 25% of the order total.
  • Orders of $40 or more: $10 when a payment is missed, and another $7 if it's still unpaid seven days later.

Late fees are capped at 25% of the order total or $68 per order, whichever is lower. Afterpay sends reminders before payments are due, and you can pay early in the Afterpay app.

What happens if I return something?

Returns follow our usual returns policy. Once we've processed your refund, Afterpay is notified and your payment schedule is adjusted. Anything you've already paid is refunded through Afterpay.

Who do I contact about my payments?

Afterpay manages your payment schedule, so questions about instalments, due dates or your spend limit go to Afterpay through its app or help centre. For anything about your order or delivery, get in touch with us.

Does delivery work the same with Afterpay?

Yes. Delivery is the same whichever way you pay, and orders over $49 still ship free.

Is Afterpay safe to use?

Afterpay monitors transactions for fraud and uses multi-factor authentication and data encryption. Checkout on our site is handled by Shopify, and we never see your card details.
