Omega Daily Wellness Bites are a small, crunchy sardine biscuit from Boat To Bowl, a South Australian maker of fish-based dog treats. They are intended as a daily omega-3 serve for dogs of any breed or age, fed as a treat alongside the usual diet rather than mixed into it.

The recipe is short: sardines, vegetable glycerine, water, faba bean and omega-3 fish oil. Faba bean stands in for cereal flour, so the bites are grain-free. The sardines are sourced locally in South Australia and the bites are produced in-house by the Boat To Bowl team. The maker has not published an omega-3 figure per bite, so we do not quote one.
