ShIpping Information

1. Where do you ship from?

All of our products are picked, packed, and dispatched from South Australia to you.

2. How much is shipping and how long will it take?

Shipping starts from $5 Australia wide. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for metro areas, and up to 7 business days for remote regions.

3. Do I get a tracking number?

Yes, please allow up to 24-48hrs for dispatch. If you still haven't receive a tracking number, please contact us.

4. Do you ship worldwide?

Not yet.

5. Do you ship to a PO Box?

Unfortunately, to avoid any lost parcels, we do not ship to PO Boxes (Post office Box)

1. What payments method do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Google/Apple Pay, PayPal, and AfterPay.

2. Do you save my details?

We do not sell or share your data.

3. How do I talk to someone?

It's best to contact us via email, alternatively you may contact us
through our Messenger chat, and someone will get back to you within a couple of hours.

4. Branding is simply a more efficient way to sell things?

Order & Returns

1. What's your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy, this is only if there is something
wrong with the item. Change of mind is unfortunately not a valid reason for a return claim. Please read more: here

2. Do I need an account to order?

No, we allow customers to checkout as guests. However if you have an
account, you will have access to our rewards program where you can save on all your favorites, and you can see your order history in future.
